Join us for an interactive afternoon to understand some fundamental principles in giving attention to self-care and making time for you.

Today, people are very aware of emotional and mental health needs. In our fast paced lives, situations come and go but feelings and emotions go unheard or unhealed…. Acknowledging hurt can take a long time. And we often don’t want to or cannot make time for these things.

However staying hurt is a wound, a recipe for more pain. Certain patterns of thought prevent us from looking deeper. Perhaps we know about ‘positive thinking’ but can’t seem to make this happen?

Wherever you are on the spiritual journey, sometimes it helps to dive deep and identify experiences which may have become a block or mask, and then search for and apply some healing salve!
