Facilitator: Els Braeken
Els holds a degree in Socio-Educational Care from the University of Antwerp. She has extensive experience in leadership and management roles within the Higher Education sector. She currently works for an IT consultancy firm, focusing on data protection, information security compliance and human resources. With many years of practice and teaching in Raja Yoga meditation, she has also facilitated stress management courses for over two decades, both in the UK and 
Internationally.
