Sigrun is originally from Iceland. She stepped out of her comfort zone over seven years ago to relocate to London. A mother of three grown children, she has been practicing Raja Yoga meditation for 15 years, embracing the simplicity, calm, and contentment it brings. In addition to leading meditation and self-development courses, she contributes to hospitality and admin at the Brahma Kumaris' Global Co-operation House.
